(20,046 posts)49. Houston is said to be one of the largest concentration of relocated people after Katrina.
Texas has many dispersed through the state, but it's been reported in the past the largest single concentration of those who fled Katrina ended up settling in Houston.
Lots of people want to talk about things they just don't fully understand. It causes confusion at times, I understand that. Houston took in around 200k evacuees from Katrina. Understandably a certain percentage decided to stay.
