http://www.politico.com/story/2017/08/30/trump-shrinking-white-house-242159But staffing up is far down on the list of Trumps priorities right now. As he heads into an autumn fight on tax reform with a Congress he feels does not respect or fear him, the source close to the president described his mind-set, in recent weeks, as the worst its ever been.
He feels like this is not what he signed up for, and his accomplishments are being underplayed, the person added. He just looks around and says, When is this going to get better?
-----------------
Trump's problem is:
Trump is not a man who finds solutions.
Trump is not a man of ideas.
Trump is a man who commands others to come up with solutions and ideas or else they are fired.
He's so pampered and spoiled that he lacks the critical thinking to realize that HE is doing something wrong.
That's why he brought in Ivanka and Jared. That's why he keeps firing WH-people: He thinks he can solve his problems by replacing his underlings with new ones.
Trump's other problem:
Trump doesn't know how to hire good people.
Flynn, Scaramucci, Bannon, Gorka... Those people are unqualified braggarts and Trump hired them BECAUSE they are braggarts. Not because they are good at their job.
Trump's third problem:
He doesn't realize that cheering crowds at campaign-rallies does not translate into political leverage and political support.
Trump needs buy-in from other politicians to move his agenda forward.
He doesn't realize that his cheering supporters don't deliver this buy-in.

Poor baby. Maybe he should grow up and take responsibility for his own actions.
