1. Much comment has been made about his tiny hands.

It came up during the debates, someone recently noted that he hid his hands in his pockets for his Playboy cover appearance in the early 90s, and for years he refused to shake hands with people because he claims to be a germaphobe. I remember speaking with someone about that last part way back in 1995.


So, although I'm no fan of pop psychology, it hardly seems difficult to imagine that this long term sensitivity about hand size (and its associated small-dick stereotype) must originate from somewhere...
