Trump is in MO lying about economy again; GDP @3% [View all]
He's claiming he's achieved the greatest GDP ever, already at 3% this quarter. Those words are important! This quarter. He then goes on to say that on an annualized basis (yes, I'm surprised he knew a big word like annualized), Obama's economy never reached 3%. His sycophantic crowd goes wild. But he just compared ONE QUARTER to the entire Obama presidency. His one quarter results are nothing special, right in line with the ups and downs of the economy under Obama. Absolutely nothing special. But Trump supporters are stupid idiots and they'll eat this shit up.
