Its FROM the Senate Dems twitter account, that much is immediately obvious. The twitter post is an image of proposed budget rescission items. That means CUTS. The House GOP wants to cut FEMA funding by almost 900 million. The Senate Dems are saying "Really?" as in why the fuck would we ever want to do that.
