9. At what point, if any, does Mueller pull aside some congresspersons and

tell them that his investigation may take another year to craft a complete and airtight set of indictment recommendations....but....we can't afford to wait that long because we have a severely compromised, corrupt, and dysfunctional administration in the WH?

Does he share info for the good of the country, even if the political route to justice and governmental stability prematurely exposes his legal case against this cabal?
