opportunity to relocate to Houston in the early seventies. Spouse and I spent a week doing the House Hunting thingee. Local building codes and ordinances were at that time,pretty much non existent. When building codes called for Hot Water Heaters allowed in Attics,just what could possible go wrong with that one. Needless to say,that opportunity was not going to happen. Remember this was 1972,and understand things have gone down hill since.
