3. It's a step up, in my opinion

From hiring Mnuchin -- a guy who made a lot of money illegally foreclosing on the unfortunate -- to be Secretary of the Treasury.

In my opinion, that's been the biggest mistake of the Democratic Party in the last ten years: not sending more of these people to prison, publicly. If the government lost the case? Better than nothing. I also think they should have pressed for stronger laws and regulations, more than what we got (but that's a whole debate about tactics)
