Not ever...

Big Snow storm = You shouldn't live in cold climates.

Floods = You shouldn't live near water

Earthquake = You shouldn't live on earth?

Tornado = You shouldn't live where storms occur.

Hurricanes = You shouldn't live.....you get the point.

No one should live where disasters may happen...thus no money for nothing...no not ever.
