70. No body said anything about no Federal Money

u should give federal money to rebuild a house in snow country which roof design will not support known snow loads on the roof

u can live near water just not in flood plain unless the house is elevated

u build in Quake country with designs to with stand quakes

same for tornado in high risk areas

and Hurricanes,,,,,,

u can live in swamp just don't expect me to pay for replacing ur house when it floods

nothing absurd abt that mOF these laws already exist in most places
