Trump abuses the H-1B program to staff his hotels, restaurant and golf courses with low paid temporary immigrant workers claiming he can't find local workers to do the same work and therefore must import restaurant workers, dishwashers, servers, maids, gardeners, etc. The H-1B program thereby creates a defacto indentured servitude system whereby the worker has no choice but to tolerate the low wages, long hours, and potential abusive conditions because the program binds them to the employer who sponsored them. Trump could find citizens to staff his businesses if he paid a living wage and treated those staffers with decency and not as if they were slaves.

Melania came to this country on the H-1B program as a model which would also appear to be an abuse of the program as if America doesn't have enough exploited young women in search of becoming America's Next Top Model.
