A patient is unconscious, after an accident; and a Utah Policeman wants to draw blood. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled no blood can be drawn without warrant or consent.

Cops video cam recorded discussion of fabricating warrant.

When the nurse abused by the law, the cop three her against the wall, accused her if obstruction if justice; and he handcuffed her.

The head nurse at the University of Utah Hospital’s burn unit was arrested July 26 after she told a Salt Lake City police detective he wasn’t allowed to draw blood from a patient.
