They're blowing smoke.

There is a picture, a RWer on another board I frequent posted it. It shows Boner next to a table with a bunch of sheets of paper neatly stacked on it, supposedly the "30 jobs bills" passed by the house. There was a link to show the text of them, but I didn't go there to actually check it out. The picture did not show any headlines or text on the sheets, just piles of paper.

Keep in mind that the title of a specific bill does not have to have anything to do with the content, really. I imagine there are dozens of bills out there labeled "The Tax Reducing Act of .............." that really only reduce tax rates on corporations or strip regulations and protections.
