The stuff going on isn't my problem, my fault, and I cannot do anything about it anyway. Why let it ruin my sleep? If the world ends tomorrow with nukes raining down oh well, it was a fun ride. One of the theories of meditation is that you shouldn't mentally agonize over things you have no control over.
