don't take people from the media or people republicans 'recommend. pay for clean-up, put them in a hotel for a couple weeks until their home is livable again!! make accommodations and vet care for their personal pet. It will break your heart to see families/ or a senior citizen couple trying to live in their stinking, flooded out home!!home.

thousands of low income-people are LIVING in their flooded out homes, no insurance and no money to hire "help" to even carry carpeting and ruined furniture to the curb for pick-up.

yes the red cross helps with basics, and there is a 'chance' the government will hand them a max check for $2,000. but not if they're undocumented or low income without family or real 'neighbors'.
