Merkel speaking in the German parliament (Bundestag): "My time is as good as over." [View all]

The audience gasped, the press jumped and ran for the phones and their smart phones and their talking heads.

Until Merkel added, "My speaking time, that is." She then shook her head with a "what were you thinking, you idiots?" look on her face as she chuckled.

Obama knew how to have a laugh like that. Trump doesn't even know the meaning of the concept.
