But if you demand that others do the same, they are free to ignore you. It also seems to me that you aren't doing a very good job of ignoring discord and moving forward if you're choosing to throw yourself into the ring. Why not just walk the talk? Set a good example for everyone else? Telling others to shut up and calling them names is not very diplomatic.
