Spoken very admiringly: That woman could wear a gunny sack and make it look good.

Michelle Obama is in that category. She has such an elegance, a sense of innate style, grace in her movements, and the ability to always choose garments that flatter her in any situation at all and are appropriate to the occasion. Michelle absolutely belongs on the list of Best Dressed.

Melania, sadly, is not. It's not that she dresses badly, per se, but after having seen the apartment her husband decorated, and after having seen the porn photos her husband commissioned of her (and sold), it is obvious he thinks of her as his possession. Those shoes...

Best Dressed isn't some sort of prize that comes with being FLOTUS. I doubt Melania is much disturbed by this -- she has her hands full being consort to the Mad King.
