6. Too few people on DU from any individual Congressional District

to make it worthwhile for those folks. They have better ways to connect with people in their district. The same, really, is true for Senators. They'd be spending most of their time here answering questions from people who aren't their constituents and defending themselves from attacks, I'm afraid.
