Ok..I get that....we use the shopping center parking lot, which is safe from falling trees, poles, etc and if you get behind one of the big stores and the grassy bank, safe from prevailing winds. So people park there if they can do so, then come back in a day or so for their car.

but I have never seen that many cars as in the clip.

Hope it works out for them...
