I have to be simple minded because I find humor in oddest moments. Yesterday we scored at kitchen store stainless steel bowl the guys got their own knives and we bought pastry bags in bulk ok the guys have dreams of pasteries.
So after breakfast this morning we all knocked out KP detail and got kitchen stract for guys to make pasteries. The wife is downstairs catching up on work something called power point I have no clue I'm union teamster. So my niece and I were laughing so hard on couch listening to the two chefs in kitchen. And their comments to each other such as.
( Ok I am not sure do we add fruit while we're boiling the pastry mix. Or oh wow this is really kind of runny it needs to thicken up , I know add more flower oh man it is to thick add another egg maybe two add milk. Now this comment made me roll ok dude just cut up two bananas toss em in that will do it. )
So now their one new announcement is no pasteries we're having muffins. Then like ten minutes later the muffins have now turned into we're baking a cake to have with dinner. Seventh grade home economics have really inspired these two. And niece and I were having a blast listening to the guys in the kitchen. now their mother offered to help them no mom we have it under control we watched a video on you tube. and now they will not go to family room and ask her pride is tough. But my niece and I have been supporting them. Our comments questions like hey guys are we going to drink it or eat it , or ok we were really kind of looking forward to pastries but muffins are cool. Then WHAT a cake now what happened to the muffins.
