10. Absolutely, although...

For quite a while yesterday, the local weather people were *very* concerned that it was going to regain all of its strength as it left Cuba and ventured over the strait toward the Keys. The water's really hot, so it could easily have done so.

My hopes go out to the folks in Cuba who were impacted, and especially those down in islands like Barbuda.
