I am with you in being grateful. There was a time in Thursday that the storm track went within 1000' of my house. It was literally in the next block over. And it was forecast to be in the 140 range.

I was terrified of that scenario. And I am an engineer who has done wind design and assessments so it was not an idle worry.

So now I am without power and it is 86 degrees in my house and yet I am thankful
