Suppression is the new GOP strategy.

After 2012 the Romney postmortem said the GOP didn't have enough votes so they needed to go after Hispanics. After cheating their way to a tiny win in 2016, the GOP plan for 2018 and beyond is : give up on Hispanics and lie and cheat like crazy.
