Because the details haven't been considered, and lord knows talking about what happened in Vermont is VERBOTEN, let alone the lessons learned from it.

I believe that many Democrats are doing what GOP leaders have done who really didn't think that defunding Planned Parenthood was going to produce the result of fewer abortions, and would in fact do the opposite, but knew if they didn't jump on that train, they would be primaried.
