17. Reminds me of a few things

When France didn't join in on attacking Iraq, bunch of right-wingers went to liquor stores and bought French wine so they could dump it in the gutters, and in early Bloom County comics there was a minor character named Otis Oracle who was the county leader of the Moral Majority. He decided to have a book and record burning so he and his followers went to the local record store.

Otis: (Holding a Blondie record) Excuse me, sir, is this young lady laden with moral turpitude?
Record Store Clerk: Dude, I don't know about that, but she is one hot chick!
Otis: Splendid! We'll take 30 dozen!
