This is a PUBLIC PARK. The public's taxes maintain it. All members of the public should feel welcome there. This is a statute that glorifies those who fought against our own country in an effort to keep millions of African Americans ENSLAVED. Think about that for a minute, will you? Maybe then you and others will finally "really see this" ugliness.
