Backing a plan that won't make it out of committee and wouldn't go into effect for years would do nothing at all to help those millions, that's why only backing Bernie is a purity thing that only the privileged who don't really care about people suffering NOW would do.
Pick up a phone and stop pooping on the only thing that millions upon millions of people have now. Many of whom didn't have anything before, stop letting the good be the enemy of the perfect. (Which medicare for all is not by any stretch of the imagine is not either.)
