This is the DC Black History Night Tour:

You see:
the Frederick Douglass National Historic Site
the MLK Jr. Memorial
the Good Home Communities, and some of the oldest historic black churches in America
Howard University
the site of the Pearl Affair

you learn about black astronomer Benjamin Banneker

You cruise down the U Street Corridor, "the jazz mecca of DC."

The tour then goes to the cemetery that served as a stop on the Underground Railroad...

and ends at the African American Civil War Memorial

This looks like a really good tour to me.
