If the investigations were just investigations still, then new hires would be more investigators, right??

I love the way Mueller has worked with the NY Attorney General to make state charges likely too so Trump can't pardon everyone to prevent them from testifying. Since doing that, it seems to be less likely Trump will fire him, because he can't overcome that hurdle.

Every sign is one of competence, forethought, and intent. He's not intending to be blocked.That leads me to be optimistic that he and his team has been careful to plan for all kinds of contingencies, including his firing, theft of data, etc.

Following every lead, checking and triple checking, being able to prove in court beyond a reasonable doubt takes time – especially since this crime syndicate seems to have a lot of tentacles.
