He's just all over the place, from calling Kim Jong Un "Rocket Man" (always good to name call a guy with nuclear weapons and guns aimed on Seoul), to retweeting gifs of him hitting Hillary Clinton with a golf ball (no, really), to retweeting someone named Lana Del Fente (who just two days earlier posted such wisdom as "My pussy tastes like Pepsi" ), and now he's retweeting his own old tweets from a couple of days earlier (i.e. the "use better the internet" tweet.)

No real rhyme or reason to any of it.
