Who was signing Bain's legal documents for three years? [View all]

THAT is the question. Romney's campaign won't say who was actually running the company, just saying it was "a management committee." But that explanation doesn't hold water, unless Bain wasn't doing any business during that time. If Bain was doing deals and conducting normal business, then someone was signing the paperwork on behalf of the company. And it wasn't "a management committee." It was a person.

Why can't they simply tell us who was actually signing legal documents on behalf of Bain Capital?

And why hasn't one single "journalist" asked that simple question?
