Trump means the 1%, then he's absolutely correct. This flaming turd if a bill serves two distinct purposes, or three. 1). Undo the ACA 2). Provide funding for a massive tax break to the wealthiest Americans and the GOP donor class who are crying that they haven't gotten their promised tax cuts yet...and 3). The eventual demise of Medicaid completely, the icing on this shitastic cake.
