Willful ignorance or dishonesty? [View all]

While driving home after a run in the wood with my two (fabulous) dogs, curiosity got the better of me and I listened to about 2+1/2 minutes of right-wing talk radio. (Horrible mistake, I know.) The broadcast was discussing economic policy. The details don't even matter, but what I heard can only be explained by one of those two things. I don't know which explanation would be more infuriating.
