. . . and Romney is a different creature than McCain. He's insecure and mostly unconcerned with making like he's inclusive or supportive of diversity. I don't think that Obama voters are as much of a consideration in his strategy as are conservatives who make up the republicans' rabid base. His weakness is the distain that their base has held for Romney's pandering to 'moderates' and his challenge in being seen as a true conservative to keep their traditional voters in place and energized. I think he's looking to shore-up his right wing.
