He used to be a US Congressman from NYC. He resigned in disgrace after a sexting scandal. He ran for mayor of NYC when this happened. He used to be on MSNBC, et Al all the time.

His laptop was seized by the FBI and used as the pretext to reopen the Hillary email investigation by the FBI before the election.

I am shocked you did not know who he is. You should follow the news more.
