Who thinks this country was founded on biblical principles and that the legal system was based in the Ten Commandments instead of British Common Law

He is a Dominionist as well, of the opinion that we would all be better off if we just "glorified god" like he wants us to

He is a dangerous dick head stuck in the 12th century and the people of Alabama elected him twice to the state Supreme Court, the second time AFTER he was expelled by the rest of the court.
