(6,257 posts)6. The stats the list I cited used to measure were:
Crime rate, percentage of retirees living in poverty, life expectancy. If you are worried about low taxes, then all three of those probably won't bother you that much since if you obviously won't be in poverty if you are rich, you can probably afford good healthcare for life expectancy, and you can live in a nice part of town to avoid crime.
