Trump dangerously tweets fake news accusing Iran of missile launch [View all]
President Trumps angry Twitter outburst toward Iran was based off a missile test launch that never happened, according to reports.
Iran just test-fired a Ballistic Missile capable of reaching Israel. They are also working with North Korea. Not much of an agreement we have! the commander-in-chief posted last week.
However, the test, which comes as the administration decides on the future of the deal to end the Middle Eastern countrys nuclear program, never happened, Fox News reported Monday.
U.S. officials told the outlet that the missile launch was a fake, and that footage of the purported firing was actually video of a failed launch in January.

and this on CNN:
US intelligence radars and sensors "picked up no indication" of an Iranian ballistic missile launch in the days surrounding a reported test, according to a Trump administration official familiar with the latest US assessment.
Iranian reports that the nation tested a new ballistic missile so far does not appear to be true, the official said, adding: "As far as we can see, it did not happen."
and more:
State-run broadcaster Press TV reported the launch on Saturday, according to footage broadcast on Iranian state television.
But the telemetry, or electronic signals, of a ballistic missile launch would have been picked up by a variety of US assets in the region who keep an around the clock eye on Iran's weapons activities, the official said.
