A blowhard can and will blow hard, but measured results from the incessant noise are not always forthcoming. In Trump's case, "not always" would be phrased more accurately as "hardly ever". Trumpcare is going down again, and it looks like candidate Roy Moore will be revealed to a larger audience as the new poster child for the GOP. Donald loses again, and again. And of course Mitch will not be happy either over the prospect of Moore emerging as the highest profile GOP candidate between now and the 2018 midterms.
