There is too much subtlety in the dissection of the expression "son of a bitch." Trump doesn't comprehend nuance. There is too much complexity for Trump's mind to understand in this column Besides, he'd have to read it.

Simply, Trump hates everyone who isn't him, (and maybe Ivanka).
