Those guys were plagued with their successful roles for all their lives, and could never be released from them. A fun "What Happened to..." series by Jerry Skinner documents many of our past heroes and villains, too. For example, on Alfalfa see:
Megyn Kelly will never escape the stain of pumping right-wing bullshit for years (12?) at Fox. For many, she will always be equated with the likes of Rupert Murdoch, Roger Ailes, O'Reilly, and Hannity.
She also allowed herself to be a part of Murdoch's and Ailes' sexist policies of having lightly dressed female hosts and guests as eye-candy to attract the boys and old men.
I refuse to believe she has changed her stripes. Once Fox trash, always Fox trash.
