Donald Trump is not clear about anything and it is a blatant LIE to say that he is. His staffers have been instructed to use that phrase.....as much as possible. (Just count the times you hear it throughout the day.)
He is the most unclear and non-specific president we have ever had.
(Could one reporter or host just say, "NO! he is not clear....that is why we repeatedly ask the same questions!)
