Trump's Lame, Delayed Puerto Rico Response Is an Impeachable Offense [View all]

By treating that territory as if it were a foreign country and delaying a massive federal response to the disaster, Trump broke his oath of office, in my opinion. He did not even mention the disaster immediately, and delayed lifesaving measures for U.S. Citizens in a U.S. territory. While U.S. Citizens in Puerto Rico were crying out for help, Donald Trump was stirring up hatred about sports figures protesting unneeded deaths of people of color at the hands of police. He ignored Puerto Ricans who were suffering. They're people of color, too. Shameful!
