Although with someone as dense as Rump, it probably would have had to happen on several different occasions for him to get the message. Just to "reinforce his learning experience," so to speak.

Now, alas, it's much too late for any such "teaching moments" to do any good.

No damned wonder his own parents didn't even want him around and shipped him off to military school.
