Over at TPM. The piece suggested that the Trumpster sees Puerto Rico's suffering as a golden opportunity to cash in by privatizing disaster relief. That's why all the emphasis on the debt and the extent of the destruction because he sees the whole thing as a huge windfall for himself and other vulture investors/crooks.

Makes sense. It's the way the man has lived his life--grifting, playing the con, the bigger the better.

Disgusting.
