Does not require a c or anything else making it a copyrighted. If the author did not give tough permission and you did not get it from a host with fair use on all hosted images, then you post the link where's you got it from. By just posting the image, you are presenting it as yours even if you do not say so directly. It is everyone's responsibility to protect copyrighted because this may be the next one taken and shared without permission.
