was Poppy Bush's Chief of Staff 20+ years ago and was a prolific government grifter, charging the tax payers for his dalliances, like attending a rare stamp convention on the government dime.

RMoney would be wise to pull that guy off the stage... But then again nothing they have done to date was ever "wise".
