All the really shocking insults become the subject of news, especially from someone whose job it is to "speak for" the WH.

Don't get me started on Geraldo Rivera, who got in her face with a mike, who batted at her with rude, pointless & immature questions. That didn't just waste time she could have gotten a decent break, but the interruptions & publicity are critical hindrances. This is why I think it's a real-life Let/Make It Happen On Purpose arrangement.
