Yes, and it is not the first presidential election with variance between exit polls and official vote count.
A standard tactic for sociopaths is to accuse others of the wrong doing and crimes they have committed or will commit. It serves to confuse and deflect. And can inoculate against future accusations.
It was clever, the orange f-wad (sorry, I cannot say his name), accuses others of election fraud.
Everyone says this is an outrage, our voting system is secure. Then when it turns out we do
not in fact have a secure voting system, the public is confused and doesn't know what to believe.
Yes he does projection all the time. In this way he tips his hand. All of his accusations against others reveal his own wrong doing.

Every state is allowed to have their own voting systems. We need to change that.
